Water Rafting Tour

Duration : 05 Nights / 06 Days DAY 01 ARRIVAL DELHI On arrival at Delhi, you will be received by our representative and transferred to the hotel. O/n at the hotel. DAY 02 DELHI / HARIDWAR Early morning briefing by Allure Yatra staff, followed by transfer to Train station to connect Shatabadi express to Haridwar . On arrival intime provide transfer to hotel. Haridwar as the name goes means “gateway to gods”. . On arrival visit the Ghats at Har ki Pauri and walk through the lively market place.It is one of the most important destinations for the Hindus, who form the major part for the 980 million indians. Here people from all over india converge all year round to take the holy dip in the pure water of mother ganges, as per the belief all sins are washed away one you have taken a dip in the cold waters of ganga here. Haridwar, is starting point for the holy pilgrimage to the four temples spread across garhwal himalayas.O/n at hotel. DAY 03 HARIDWAR - RISHIKESHRAFTING CAMP After breakfast drive to Rishikesh. Rishikesh represents the Gateway to the Himalayas in the Tehri-Garhwal region of Uttaranchal. It abounds in natural splendour. The spectacle of the Ganga rushing through the Himalayan foothills is an awesome sight. Several temples dot the banks of the Ganga at Rishikesh. Rishikesh is located at a height of about 1360 feet above sea level. After visit drive up a further 27 kms to reach the camp site. On the banks of the river Ganga, on a sandy river beach and a portion of riverside forest . After a camp briefing etc lunch is served.& nbsp; After lunch the day is free One can walk around the many small villages around or just spend time at the campsite, reading or playing Volley ball or just relaxing. Teqa and coffee would be served in the evening. The evening and dusk time is just the right time to be t the campsite. One can hear the distant sound of the temple bells in the village, the birds going home have a chirp in their sound and the fading lights give the magical effect to this camp. Campfire dinner and o/t DAY 04 RISHIKESH (RAFTING CAMP) Tea coffee served 7:00 onwards. After breakfast,get into rafting gear, safety briefing and raft down big volume Ganga whitewater. Raft down rapids like "Three Blind Mice","Crossfire", "Bodysurfing", "Return to Sender", "Roller Coaster", "Golf Course" and lots more. We end the trip near Laxman Jhula. Drive 30 minutes back to Camp for hot lunch.Afternoon kayaking, volleyball or hike to a nearby village. Campfire/barbecue dinner and overnight Camp. DAY 05 (RAFTING CAMP) RISHIKESH - HARIDWAR - DELHI Tea served by 7:00 am. After breakfast at 8:30am, drive 30 minutes to Kaudiyala.Board rafts and raft down the two big rapids on this section, the "Daniel's Dip" and "The Wall". Lots of bodysurfing and float into Camp for hot lunch.After lunch intime drive to Haridwar and drop at Haridwar train station and connect the train Shatabadi express etd 1810hrs. for Delhi arrival Delhi 2145hrs. DAY 04 MANALI Manali Situated at the northern end of Kulu Valley, Manali has spectacular views of snow capped peaks and wooded slopes. Hadimba Devi temple. Today we scale the Rohtang Pass.Jispa sits at the foot of the mighty 16,000-foot Baralacha Pass at an altitude of some 13,000ft – again providing valuable acclimatization time before heading up to the really high stuff. Overnight at Fixed camp. DAY 06 JISPA / SARCHU After breakfast drive [115 KMS, 6 HRS DRIVE] Jispa to Sarchu. The day begins with the climb over Baralacha La, riding a sinuous ribbon of tarmac. Having crested the pass, views open up over the arid Mare Plains and on to the snow-capped mountains beyond. We will set up camp for the night on the edge of the plains at Sarchu, sleeping again at around 13,000ft. O/n at Fixed Camp. DAY 07 SARCHU / LEH After breakfast, drive to Leh. The road from Sarchu crosses high mountain Passes, Nakeela Pass (4750 m) and Lachalung La (5066 m) to reach the Army Camp in the Pang valley. This 475 km Himalayan journey is a visual delight with no tone moment of boredom en route. O/n in Leh DAY 08 LEH (EXCURSION TO SHEY, THIKSEY & HEMIS) Proceed for Indus Valley monastery tour. We start with a visit to Shey the ancient capital of Ladakh. The festival is dedicated to Guru Padmasambhava, popularly known as second Buddha and responsible for spreading Buddhism in the Tibetan world. Later in the evening we drive back to hotel. O/n in Leh DAY 09 LEH / ALCHI (VIA PHYANG, LIKIR & BASGO) Drive to Phyang, The monastery is remarkably built on the hilltop, similar to the Likir monastery. This monastery belongs to the Degungpa order. And we drive further to Likir and visit Likir gompa . Then we drive and cross the River Indus and reach Alchi, Ladakh's most loved monastery. O/N in Alchi camps DAY 10 ALCHI / LAMAYURU / RIDZONG / LEH Start early morning drive to Lamayuru, and Ridzong back to Leh. Lamayuru lower ladakh it’s also called as sham. Lamayuru Gompa. After Ridzong visit, drive back to Leh and check in at our hotel. O/n in Leh DAY 11 LEH / NUBRA After breakfast drive to Nubra Valley the road to the Nubra Valley goes through the highest motorable pass in the world at Khardung La (5602m) . Nubra's very known monastery, Samstaling is situated on the mountainside just above Sumur. O/n in camp at Nubra Day 12 NUBRA / LEH Drive to Leh over the Khardungla pass. On arrival check in at hotel.
